2. What data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), area of interest, your message and the page language.
- Spam check: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is not automated. To do so it processes technical data from your browser (for example, your IP address).
- Tools (calculator and estimator): calculations run in your browser and we do not store what you type.
- “Email me this plan”: if you use it, we receive your email, the figures you entered in the tool, the result and the page you sent it from. We reply to you ourselves by email.
- Investment quiz: your answers, name, email, phone, country, the page you took it from and, if you came from a tool, the figures you used. At the end you can message us on WhatsApp with a ready-made message.
Meta Pixel: we use the Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. pixel to measure how well our ads work. It sets the _fbp cookie and, if you arrive from an ad, _fbc, and records the visit, starting and finishing the quiz, submitting a form and booking a call. You can block it in your browser (third-party cookies) and manage its use in your Meta account settings. We use no other advertising or analytics cookies, and fonts are served from our own server. The tools store the exchange rate and your chosen currency in your browser (localStorage) so they do not have to ask again. This is not personal data and it never leaves your device.
3. Why we use it and legal basis

Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to you.
4. Who else has access
- Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA), processor: receives the contact form and the plans sent from the tools, and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., USA), through Turnstile, for the spam check.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
- Frankfurter (api.frankfurter.dev), an open service that publishes ECB exchange rates. When you open the calculator or the estimator, your browser asks it for the euro rate. We send it none of your data; it only receives the request, with your IP address, as any website does.
- Namecheap, web hosting provider. The server is in Amsterdam (Netherlands), inside the European Economic Area.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for other purposes.
5. International transfers
There are transfers outside the European Economic Area: our own processing in the United Arab Emirates, where we are established, and the use of Formspree and Cloudflare (United States).
6. How long we keep it
24 months from our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to delete it. If you become a client, we will tell you the retention periods required by the applicable rules.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time. Write to info@lurelis.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching proof of identity.
If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
8. Minors
This website is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will always be published at this address, with its date.
